Lost Contact with CR4 for Years!

I have been a member since 2010 and used to get several emails a day then they suddenly stopped.

I have reconnected but don't seem to get any emails.

1. Click on the person icon at the top right (small circle on top of a half-circle).
2. Click on Edit Your Profile.
3. Go down to Change email to check if your email address is correct. If it is wrong, correct it.
4. Go down to "Subscribe to Discussions" and select "Default to subscribe."
5. Go down to "Limit Subscribed Discussion Alerts" and ensure you select "One alert per discussion" or "Limit to one alert between visits."
6. Finally, click "Save Profile Changes."

If your selections are already correct, check your email spam folder. Your email provider might be flagging CR4 messages as spam. Or you might have inadvertently set your email to automatically delete CR4 messages.
