HVAC Clean Room Design

i want design ISO 5 (class 100) for electronic industry for that what will be the supply & return duct velocity.

What's your required volumetric flowrate? Without that, it's impossible to know your required duct size, fan etc.

You might get good answers if you would provide intended use, user requirements, size of working area, of course, your specs (class 100), number of personnel that will be expected in the area (full or part of the time), amount of equipment (to calc. BTU's), flow specs like mentioned by my other colleague, and generals like temp ranges, airlocks, windows, doos, movement, air changes required......................etc.
