How to Find the Pressure Drop in HVAC Duct

I want to know How to find the Pressure drop in HVAC DUCT particularly in TAPER OR ENLAGER SECTIONS. Anybody help me.

Take the static pressure reading at the beginning and end of the transition with a manometer

U-tube differential Pressure Manometer--

U shaped glass tube and 2 rubber tubes!
