It's not really a hole! It's a ......OK it's Christmas and I've had a few jars of wine so in all honesty I would say that the hole was indeed not a hole but an inverse electron! Now I know it has a name but for the life of me, I have no idea what it is, and as it's Christmas, I'm sure that all the Gentlemen on this site will agree with me that it is called an inverse electron and hopefully the name will stick! If however one of our learned Gentlemen has another Christmas solution that would fill the bill, well, I'm all ears!! Happy Christmas! And Peace be with you.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say Happy Christmas to all the people out there who take the time to express their views on such diverse subjects as smashing baths to Free Energy (and yes, I said the 'F' word)! I'm going for another red wine so in the words of that great astronomer, Sir William Shakespeare, Eat, drink and be merry my dear friends.....

Electronic theory is explaned by the movement of electrons from one hole to another making it appear as if the holes are moving in the opposite direction so electrons move from negative to positive and holes move from positive to negative. This is a theoretical explanation as far as I know

I like to equate the holes with my bank account.

If I write out a cheque I leave a hole in my account.

If somebody else give me a cheque it fill my hole but leaves a hole in his account.

When you have nothing but holes left you are bankrupt.

Negative pleasure - that's how smoking is described. If you are a smoker and you don't smoke for the moment, the thinking of smoking gives you the hope of pleasure. Deep, isn't it?

I don't smoke so I would not know. "A hole" = "a hope of pleasure" but can the hole be passed on or move?
