Southern States LLC makes retrofits for just about any type of medium or high voltage switch. I just purchased replacements for a set of similar switches originally installed in 1931. They drilled the mounting plates so that the new units were drop-in replacements.
They are headquartered in the US, but their website shows a sale representative in Beijing.

Experience: The knowledge you gain just AFTER you needed it.
In emergencies we used to make our own fixed contacts on-site, rather than wait a few days for replacements to arrive from a central store.
The contact buttons need to be removed from the old contacts, and pressed into, then quickly welded with high-silver-content welding rod, to the copper main parts, of course.
I don't know how many you have to repair, but almost any workshop worth it's salt could make new fixed contacts for you.
I could still make this sort of thing at home, with very basic equipment, even though I'm presently "retired" (Whatever that means).
If you have a medium sized switchboard factory nearby, show them the damaged contact, and I'm sure they could quickly assist in making suitable replacements.
Advise your progress here, thank you.
Kind Regards....
