To get the current that you've mentioned, you would need a battery of 640 such cells parallel connected. Call this Bat1, because that gives you the current that you want but only 0.5V (you understand that this is an academic discution; for the engineering details I will email you my bank account).
Now, to get the 600 V, you will need 1200 Bat1 devices.
All together, 768,000 primary cells.
If you are able to stretch them on a flat surface, the area would be 18.432 million square inch, or 128,000 square foot, or 2.938 acres. If you plan to install this monster in downtown Houston, at $10 mil/acre I sugest you to have a hefty bank account.
