Binding Equipment

What is the best equipment to bind or briquette/pellertize grain hulls eg: sunflower hulls, canola hulls, ect.?

Lots of pressure is needed if you don't want to introduce bonding agents.

How will you use finished pellets--?

Burn as fuel?

End use determines binder.

I think "briquette" indicates you're looking at burning them. In any case, briquetting doesn't require a binder if you apply enough pressure.

Heating the clean, dry, Biomass, to around 230 centigrade, will melt the Lignin, which acts as a glue to bind the particles.

I would suggest the use of Ligno Sulfonate as a binder to briquette such materials, assuming they are to be used for fuel. You really havent specified the use for the products so if you are going to use this product for animal or human consumption the response would be different.
