Seimens OP170B

hello all.i want to download program to OP170B HMI.i have mpi/dp pc adapter from seimens.but when i start downloading program the conection not estable.im using proTool pro cs softwere.can any body help me.im very thankful to you.

I have no experience with the OP170B but I do have experience with other, similar equipment.

If I interpret your question correctly, you are able to connect but the connection is unstable or intermittent (comes and goes). Usually the problem will lie in the cable or the connectors.

Other causes could be in the HMI or the PC circuit boards.

Seems to be this HMI should be renamed as AHMI, i.e. anti-Human .

You've triggered a memory, caramba!

There was one episode in Star Trek: Deep Space 9 where the chief engineer, Miles O'brien, was kept running around the station fixing things. The main computer was creating problems on purpose because it wanted "attention".

I just went to google on Internet, and the very first entry was the panel from Siemens, downloaded with no problem.
