Hello dcongvt

A) Listing Email Address inadvisable:

I do not reply via emails listed in the CR4 Forum.

CR4 Forum states it is inadvisable to list email address in a Post, because the Forum is publicly accessible to Spam-harvester web-robots.

B) Location if given is helpful for you:

You have not given your location - You can do this, scroll down top lower right-hand corner of page, and click on "My Profile", enter your location, and the location auto-updates into every Post you make.

The reason for Location is simple: At present no reader knows where you are - you could be in Iceland, outer Mongolia, Easter Island, or some other remote place.

Your Location often determines who assists, if they are close to your location, they may know supplier of information required so much easier.

C) Insufficient Information Given:

You surely know the Make, Model, and Serial Number of your Laser Drilling Machine.

We are not mind-readers, and have no way of assisting, unless the information is supplied.

Therefore, if you reply, with sufficient information, it may be possible to assist you.

Please reply here, at this Topic, thank you.

Kind Regards....

Hello again, dcongvt

A few minutes trying with Mr Google's fine Search Engine gave me the Company which started off as JK Lasers (Note the correct spelling please).

The address is:

GSI Group, Cosford Lane, Swift Valley,

Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 1QN. UK

Click on a hyperlink as shown below:

So, you need the information, contact: http://www.gsiglasers.com/contact.php

You will need to provide them with the machine details, Serial Number etc. and may have to pay something for the documentation.

Technical Catalogue/Instructions, including electrical schematics etc. are valuable documents, which you know by now, are worth photocopying, so there is always a second full set available to the repairs person, with the original set kept locked away, in case the duplicate set is lost, stolen, destroyed.

Advise your progress here, please.

Kind Regards....
