Reading an ABB flowmeter in a water line

02/23/2008 2:07 PM

When taking a reading on a flow meter, do you use the top of the float, the bottom of the float, or the widest band on the float to find the true reading?

If your float is round, read it in the middle. If it's sorta wedge shaped, read it at the top.
