Discuss it with local supervision.

Hi guest -

You seem to be fast on the draw.

I took me more than 3min reading, analysing and not understanding the question.

What is the meaning of B.S. in bits pilani"?

What do your "local" implies? (local to where he is or want to be?)

The heading do not contain "bits" do he want to join progressively?

I just tried that site several times, ba/ael but data transfer is extremely slow.

I see the site is based in New Delhi.

I'll leave the webpage to open, overnight.

Kind Regards....

Hello Sparkstation,

In case you weren't able to get through, here is a small portion of the piece, enough to give you an idea about BITS in Palani.
