am graduate civil engineer working in public sector undertaking (western Cooalfields Limited) as sub engineer and selected on deputation to state govt. (MPRRDA) as asstt. manager. But my co.'s director personnel is not giving NOC/ releasing me . although my area athority i.e General manager have given NOC. please help me . I want to go on deputation . Kindly tell me the rules Ravindra Singh

This is a matter of law of India and outsiders won't have a clue.

It would be advisable for you to contact one or more of: a lawyer, your civil servant organization, trade union or legal / personnel department.

Have you submitted an written application? If not submit one with a copy of the request attached. Also set out the monetary and time implications to your co.
