am graduate civil engineer working in public sector undertaking (western Cooalfields Limited) as sub engineer and selected on deputation to state govt. (MPRRDA) as asstt. manager.
But my co.'s director personnel is not giving NOC/ releasing me . although my area athority i.e General manager have given NOC.
please help me . I want to go on deputation . Kindly tell me the rules
