Anti collision device in tower crane

I would like installed anticollision device at tower crane to prevent collision among cranes at our construction site. Please help me by providing following.

1) working principle of anticollision device

2) Details specification like distance covered, voltage, type, make , model

3) Name of Manufacturers or vendors in India \Kolkata

4) cost

I suppose the collision van be between the crane and the cables as well.

I don't know if something is available ex stock maybe you must consider making one yourselves.

An idea might be to fix a coded magnetic tape to the fixed base of the crane and fix a magnetic sensor to the moving part. In this way you can read the direction in which the crane is pointing. feeding the input of 2 or more cranes into a computer can give you an early warning if 2 cranes are going to collide.

Google for Siko MSA 510/1 and determine if if can be used. The length if the magnetic strip can be up to 5 metres.

SICK makes a product used in many ports and other outdoor applications for crane collision avoidance. It is a laser-based non-contact device that allows the user to set up protective and warning fields. You can find more information at www.sick.com

Try looking at the TAC 3000 made by eBuild in Singapore. The most recent type of anticollision device, it also most modern tecnology. It is work very well with all type of tower crane and very reliable. www.tac3000.com

We have 2 tower crane with 40 mts and 35 mts boom jib , and 51 mts and 41 mts height difference of this two. one tower crane is horizondal movement and another one is luffing movement crane. Both are clashing on operation at different angle of luffing boom with horizondal crane boom , due to both are near by.

please advise how to protect from clashing and what type of anti collition safety devise is available, and what may be its cost,, time duration on availability

Or any more details are required in this same.
