I don't know what is this part.

I have a power supply from a Japan maker, one part is damage but I can't found what it is.

Specification of the part:

UMI F1

X21 102ºC

3A 250VAC

A photo, drawing, or at least a description of it's physical appearance would help us identify it.

Another option would be to check the online catalogs at Mouser or Digi-Key. They usually have good illustrations of their parts.

At first I thought it might be a voltage regulator IC, but the 102°C seems to be an awful high operating temperature for a semiconductor. My guess is it is a capacitor.

From those numbers... it at first sounds like a capacitor, but then the voltage and current rating make me thinks its a mains filter with an integral capacitor, ceramic X21 material?

It may incorporate the mains inlet fuse holder etc... but without further information its pointless to speculate.
