How to solve of the AMF NC3 controller Problem

I have AMF NC3 for controlling the Generator 200 KVA. Now, that the device can not be operated in automatic mode. The led of I/O stop in blink condition.

Could you help me, please to solve this problem.

I suggest that kindly go thru the manual of NC controller.You may approach the service technician of the manufacturer of controller

Let me know the make and type reference of NC controller.I can try and give some tips for you to trouble shoot.

Basically if the input power supply to the unit not available the system may not work.
