Most readers will understand the abbreviation 'LCD' as meaning 'liquid crystal display', and the abbreviation 'VK3BHR' being an amateur radio station callsign.

What is 'LC', please, as a learning exercise?

Could it be Inductance and Capacitance meter???

Whatever it is we need a lot more information about the code you are having problems with.

There is a LC meter project based on LM311 u can look at (electronics-dıy.com/lc_meter.php).

I think u have to use 7-seg. display instead of LCD display. You can find code at Microchip site. (Mchip-applications)

You should use a 7446 or 7447 (open collector) BCD to 7 segments decoder.
