Just go to Google and type "instrumentation symbols" in the search box. I just did and got 4,940 hits. Quite a lot of them are free downloads.

Google and other search engines are useful tools. Learn how to use them.

The source of instrumentation symbols is generally ISA S5.1 which you can find at www.isa.org. You need to purchase a copy of the standard to use them professionally or any member of ISA can view them for personal use for free. There are also several good books on how to use them. ISA also sells them in AutoCAD format for use in drawings.
