Yes - If you intend using it in a vehicle the cheapest method must be sought.

My recommendation is to enroll at a school (Grade 9 should do) with a science lab. separate the two (Electrolysis) using the schools equipment and electricity provided by the educational department.

Almost free energy!!!!!!!

add Na or Mg, it canbe get hydrogen,

add Na2O2,it canbe get oxygen,

another way instead of electrolysis

If I'm not mistaken, this can be very dangerous. I think a cautionary warning should have been given.

Please do not attempt before doing some research first.
