All I can tell you right now is for you to check the cable. I don't know how long you've had your DVR but if it's still under warranty, you can send it to their service center for repair.

I've visited their website and here's their technical support page:

Good luck.

"Proline-UK" is a Dubai based company in reality with a registration in the UK. The products are Taiwanese or Korean.

As suggested by our Philippines colleague, you must check all of the basics first such as the cable, the connectors, etc.

Isn't there another 'Spot' monitor output? Is that working?

If the DVR is out of warranty it may be cheaper for you to replace it rather than send it for repair. This may take time and you would be without the DVR for that time.

Have you checked some very basic things like if your TV is selected to the correct AV input or that you are running on the correct system, (PAL or NTSC)?

If memory serves me, the Prolines do not have a TV out, just AV outputs either via BNC or by RCA plugs.
