	i'm from indonesia I'm study in diploma mechanical engineering and a......... could any one help me with anything about cement industry expecially machine maybe some e-book or handbook will be help full thank you

	Type " cement machines" in google and do your hunting. You will find lot of articlkes, books and catalogs that will help you. 	I try to do your suggestion but there is no site which offer a free download can you help me? and I have some problem with air separator It used a fuller o-sepa N-5000 the problem is there a leakage in shaf seal and there is no preventive maintenance list or manual for this every 6 month, we must change or repair seal thank before

	Basically you are using Sturtevant Separator o-sepa N-5000 for Mill Capacity 240 T. Strurtevant from USA to Indonesia to malaysia to Japan to Australia has been repalacing them.. Everybody is doing so. Why do you ask us? Why do you not question your Supplier? For your information here are some statics on their Separator Replacements: 1990 Japan - 9 , Australia - 2 1992 Japan - 2 1991 Japan - 4 1987 - Tiawan 6 Why are your Owners not bold enough to question the Supplier? or ask for preventive maintenance. It seems that you are just going about trying to waste our time. take my suggestion - if you waste this same amount of time with Sturtevant Separator you will get more knowledge. __________________ I not only use all the brains that I have, but all that I can borrow. 	See if an undergraduate study visit to a real cement kiln is available. 	What do you want to know about? Manufacturing process? Equipment used? Distribution? Please provide a little more detail so that we can help you out here. Since you mentioned "especially machines", I would suggest you google for conveyors, dry powder handling equipment, crushers, and kilns, since these are the most basic equipment used in cement manufacture. __________________ If only you knew the power of the Dark Side of the Force
