Hi Guys,
I'm now finished working/ designing with a Polyethylene plant.
My job is to create instrument hook-up details, and I think I did it just fine.
My problem is,..I was told to conduct a training/ seminar for Jr Engineers about.......Instrument Hook-up details.
I think it suits me since thats my last job, but when I think about it....I didnt have the basics on how to do Hook-up detailing. It was the mid-schedule of the project when I was told to do it, I have samples to use and I got a lot of help.
Our company have a Knowledge OnLine thru the net, but of all things, Instrument Hook-up detail is what they dont have.
Back in school days, I hate reporting, because I think it's a waste of time. Its like, individual learning, since everyone is busy preparing their own report, they wont have time to listen to the reporter, also not all students can explain his report thoroughly unlike when the teacher is the one whose teaching, everyone has a chance to learn, everyone is focused.

Back to hook-ups, how do you think can I conduct/ present this training?
I can't back out now, since this training is also considered in our employee assessment.
Do you have some, materials that I could use? Ideas?
Thanks in advance guys,
