Centrifugal pumps are high-shear, and possibly not recommended for this application.

If possible, select a low-shear pump from among the following possibilities:

  • gear pump
  • lobe pump
  • peristaltic pump

what is low and high shear

what will affect this shear factor

because where we are using the centrifugal pumps lines are not leaking because vibration is less

but where we are using lobe pumps line are leaking, we observed lines are vibrating

is it because of flow type

It sounds like you are already using centrifugal pumps.

Not knowing the scope of your pumping application limits your answers.

Lobed pumps do not give the near constant outlet pressure of a centrifugal pump.

You may be able to install a surge tank and / or a pressure control valve on the outlet of your pump to stop the vibration.
