Hi Parvez

If You want to buy and construct a kit - Follow the instructions with the kit. You will need some equipment.

If you want to make and pack kits at home and sell them - Don't - You may receive more claims than you can handle.

i don't want to sell. i want to use for my project. Because it is not available & also high cost to buy a micontroller kits. Now what can i do?

go here, there are a lot of ideas on how to start a project. also if you google microcontroller tutorials, you will find a lot more.
