Standard Man Hours in an Aeronautical Industry with particular reference to SU-3

Sir,

Please advise me the references to find out the standard man hours fixed in an aeronautical industry. More particular with reference to assembly of Su-30 MKI at HAL Nashik.

In EEC countries, it is not lawful to require a person to work more than 47h per week for more than 17 weeks unless that individual has signed an opt-out declaration under the European directives on working hours.

My guess is that the poster is trying to determine the labor content in manhours of the asembly of a particular plane...
