Dear Sir,

Please,

1- what is the suitable materiales of piping from below for sulfaric acid in 30-40 deg c and cocentration(25% and less than 25%)

carbon steel, pvc,pe,hdpe,

2- what is the suitable materiale for piping to transfer and storge demi-water(boiler feed water at 12 bar and 30-50deg c ( carbon steel or s.s)

1. Sulphuric acid behaves in a different way for different concentrations. Stainless steel should behaves good at low concentrations and even mild steel should behaves good at very high concentrations ( 98% and more ).

2. For demi-water transport the best behavior has stainless steel.

You can use either pvc or pe

use s.s for demi-water
