Conductivity Us/cm 1351

Turbidity NTU 20

Nitrate mg/NO3 5.34

What did the laboratory say on the subject?

Safe? Biologically, maybe it is.

Tasty? Well, that's another matter. The conductivity and turbidity are a bit high, though the conductivity is within World Health Organisation standards for drinking water, and it would be wise to double-check on the nitrate and ammonia levels.

Is there a depth filter that might be introduced to reduce the turbidity levels? Screwfix catalogue (usual disclaimer)?

"Chlorine mg/l Cl 365.1"

Is this your chloride or chlorine (i.e free chlorine) level? Whatever it is, it's really high. If it's chloride, better check your sodium content as well, because a high sodium content can cause hypertension and kidney failure. If it's chlorine, it's dangerously high. The normal chlorine level for disinfection purposes is only between 2 - 5mg.l, normally not exceeding 3mg/l.
