According to the International Plumbing Code:

A 2" pipe with a slope of 1/4" per foot is allowed 21 Drainage Fixture Units

and at a slope of 1/2" per foot is allowed 26 Drainage Fixture Units

Where a service sink or a sink is assigned a DFU of 2.

Therefore, with a 1/4" slope you can have 10.5 sinks.

and with a 1/2" slope, you can have 13 sinks.

But I guess I should also mention that you should check your applicable code, because I see Seattle:

http://www.metrokc.gov/health/plumbing/unitvalues.htm

Only allows 4 sinks for a 1/4" sloped 2" line.

Hello challenge

You need to advise Location and Country, to enable a proper answer.

You may enter your Location and Country in your Member Profile, and it auto-updates through all your Topics and Posts.

Alternatively, advise the Location/Country of your intended sinks.

Kind Regards....

According to this site, you must design to the International Plumbing Code, so that first answer will be right.

I would suggest you pick up a copy/CD of the International Plumbing Code:

http://www.iccsafe.org/e/prodshow.html?prodid=3210CD06&stateInfo=aadjiilASgccbIbb4510|5

It is surprisingly cheap.

Or peruse a copy at your local library/building branch.
