timing pulleys

i am looking for a set of cog belt pulleys similar to what is run in a centrifugal supercharger like Paxton, novi, procarger what i need is something along

no more than 4.75 in diameter that has an overdrive ratio of .2 or a ratio of 5.0 an 5mm or 8mm belt about an inch wide will work the small pulley will spin in excess of 70,000 rpm

thanks for any help with my delirious idea

Why do you need such high RPM?

You'll start getting into problems with escaping air from the gear lifting the belt and possible slippage?

Have a look at timing gear pully's, many single and twin-cam engines have them, and there are many different sizes to choose from.

Gates supplies belt & pulleys. They also have good technical information.
