You asked for a suggestion, so I shall give you my best one, along with why.

The use of all CAPITALS in any Internet Forum is the equivalant of shouting in the reader's ear, thus it is very bad-mannered.

I suggest you use Capitals and lower case in any future Topics and Posts.

No. Good communication is essential for all Engineers and the posting suggests that a course in communication skills is needed before anything else.

For instance, STOP SHOUTING, as many readers here are trying to catch up on sleep.
