Diesel oil firing in cement industry

Can any one provide me the information about the selection of ball valves, needle valves, plug valves, pumps and its motors, flow meters, hoses, check valves etc.. used in diesel oil firing (Cement Industry)

Check out catalog of any Diesel Oil fired Burner manufacturer Wieshaupt/ Dunphy/ Saake etc and use the valves & accessories they use.

Yes, of course. The documents needed are as follows:

  • Piping and instrumentation diagram ("P&ID")
  • Valve schedule
  • Equipment schedule
  • Instrument schedule

These should be on file at the facility in question.

The above documents will be of value at all processing facilities, including <...Cement industry...>.

If in doubt, consult a qualified Chemical Engineer.
