	Can you tell me what a 'raw material power MOSFET' is? I know what a MOFET is.... I know what raw material is.... Are you perhaps asking for a way to check MOSFETs when you recieve them at your place of work? i.e. a goods inwards check? Because if you are you will need some idea of which properties are needing to be checked, if you want to check all the properties to the manufacturer's spec then you're going to need some sophiticated test instrumentation. As well as the time it takes and why replicate the manufacturer's testing anyway??? John. __________________ A little knowledge is a dangerous thing - Googling is far worse!
