Get yourselves a good anti virus, spyware ,add ware etc etc.

Your suffering will change into delightful surfing.

And don't visit sites where you have suffered before.

I suffer every time I input all my data into an order form, only to be told the web site is undergoing excessive bandwidth and needs to close.
