relief valve size

after calculation of relief valve effective orifice area

how should i know the size of the inlet and outlet falnges of the valve

after calculation of relief valve effective orifice area - since you know the Cv then check technical spec.sheet of Relief Valve(s) to match that Cv. You will find the inlet / outlet flange size. each Manufacturer may/may not have the same size. Suppose one has a 1" x 2" or 1" x 1.5" by another , both will work if they they have the same Cv.

from where should i know cv in my system to compare with the manufacturer one

You've already calculated the orifice size. Check that with tech.spec sheet of the/any relief valve that will tell you the size inlet/outlet & flange.
