Hi,

I'm a bank manager, and I forgot the chief-password to the bank's credit and ATM service accounts.

In order to secure my job at the bank, and to ensure good service to our customers, I need to reconstruct this password, or at least find a way to crack the access to these chief accounts in order to restore a new password.

Can anybody here help ?

Please, pretty-please. I don't want to loose my job, and leave a few hundred bank customers hanging.

Yes, there's a certain key sequence that you have to enter, starting with fifteen keys that need to be pressed simultaneously. That's followed by an 89 key-in password (case-sensitive) and, finally, an authentication code that you have to provide on request.

After all that you just hold up your hands so the cuffs can be slapped on.

Try to reformat one. If won't help, get linux Live-CD and try out command fdisk or cfdisk from shell to unflag protection mode (you should read man/help thoroughly for using this command line tool).

If its an imation product and you are a legal user, I am sure that they have a "back-door" for such contingencies. Just ask!

Perspective lost?

You made backup, you lost copy of backup but you can't open lost backup drive?

Did I miss something?????
