Air Pressure Control

Are you talking about compressed air? If you are, it will quickly disperse and the pressure will drop to ambient atmospheric pressure once it is released into the open. If you're talking about ambient atmospheric pressure, it's impossible. If you can somehow increase the pressure, the air will flow out to a lower presure zone; reduce it, and air from outside the area will flow in. That's what causes the wind to blow: hot air is less dense than cold air, so it rises and reduces local air pressure. Denser cold air from a higher pressure zone then flows in to replace the air, causing the wind to blow.

I am talking about open air pressure control, the things you said are reality, It is looking impossible but i think it could be achieved some time.Like people use explosive things to creat vaacum in the air and then then air from nearby area fill the gap with force and cause blast and detruction but my intrest not in making any blast or destruction thats why i said in the bignning the procedure should not be harm to any human or living things.

There have been many reports of using the contrails of airforce planes, creating a cloud cover over certain areas, creating a low pressure and controling the rain clouds.

It is not a proven science, but this type of air pressure control may be of interest to you!!!
