MCCB :- THREE PHASE & NEUTRAL MCCB ARE USED TO TERMINATE 3 PHASE , 4WIRE CONNECTION WHERE NEUTRAL NEEDS TO BE CONTIONUOS , THREE POLE MCCB WITH CONTINIOUS NEUTRAL LINK, THE MAKING AND BREAKING DURING OPERATION IS OF 3 POLE I.E EACH PHASE ARE MAKING AND BREAKING AND NEUTRAL BEING SOLID LINK NEED NOT CUT.

4 POLE MCCB , ALL 4 POLE ARE MAKING AND BREAKING DURING OPERTAION , 3 PHASE AND NEUTRAL , WHERE ALONG WITH PHASE, NEUTRAL NEEDS TO BE OPERATED FOR MAKING AND BREAKING.

Any national electrical standard. British Standard 7671 is an example. The <...We...> is best advised to use the one applicable to the country of installation.
