Also considering returns air duct booster to keep things on balance as supply-return CFM's needs it for your area. Humidity % will be a good point to consider there to help out to improve the whole operation, definetly.

Also, now you may make those puppies run under a VFD to energy manage watts comsuption together with Economizer features in those air handlers for compliance with the green building approach at same time. Have fun and succeed on your task up front.
