Am i the only one who noticed " in my little email news box ! " that an astoroide missed us by a mere 41000 miles on Monday !!!

And the best explanation given was that the people responsible for checking this stuff out said it simply got by them ???

And it never even made the local news ?

What the H-ck is that ?

If you have a subscription to Sky and Telescope, you would have known all about this great asteroid and could have watched it fly by! And you can still see it leaving.

We have been watching it for weeks. 41000 is not close.
