Limited Articulation of the Knee Joint

Politicians are very lucky that the human Knee Joint cannot bend past a relative straight line in forward motion, and should anyone be interested please read;

This in the case of politicians, the reaction is only slightly different, studies have determined the following is a very close approximation of the cycle;

The Politician becomes aware ( totally different conversation as the the degree of this reaction, and the mechanism thereof) of an issue that will garner vast media attention.

The Politician makes a totally ridiculous statement, normally in a location to get maximum attention.

This reaction is totally devoid of thought and only aimed at increasing the profile of said politician and as the above description notes 'the brain is not involved'.

This reaction is not surprising since it is widely known that the average politician, of the rank and file, has no brain, the space is filled with ego (another totally different conversation)

I am proposing that a research group be convened to study the Knee structure with the aim of removing the Knee Cap. By removal of the Knee Cap and with the addition of suitable support structure the knee Jerk reaction can be monitored by observing politicians kicking themselves in the face as they utter reactionary statement without forethought. this same study group would of course need to establish a replacement method of 'Thought' for implantation in politicians. Once successful this same said method could be applied to other sub-species, fro example HR experts(?), accounting departments, management in general...
