WHAT EVER COULD IT BE ?

On a lighter note for all you wise people out there.....I found this old thing in my attic and then discovered I can put it up my chimney down but cannot get it down my chimney up. So what is this old thing called I wonder ?

I can put it up my chimney down but cannot get it down my chimney up.

Never heard such an incomprehensible statement .

Now if Chimney Up/ Down is like we use in our machines up/down that case the old thing can be anything alive. Even del or Kris.

Definitely with chimney up you can not make him come down through it. And when chimney is dwn and a bit cool, he may be forced to escape through it, given sufficient scare , unmindful of what the shoot will do to their clean and only fur coat.

PS: Do males too use fur coats ? I thought only women do. That means ....

So they make a lot of these in India and every one of them could go up a chimney down but not down a chimney up.....not incomprehensible but true. Alternatively of course, if you were on the roof, it could then go down the chimney down but not be able to get pulled back up the chimney up....!

If you pull the umbrella hard enough, it's coming up.

How about a 1000 kg hunk of die-stock. 1mm clearance to walls, no tapped holes or handle?

I need to see some video of you putting it up your chimney down. Sounds easy enough, but I doubt you will get it more than half way up before it comes back down.

If you start adding in extra equipment like an attached rope, then you you should make extra equipment available in the down your chimney up experiment.

Just because a joke is old, doesn't mean it is based on realistic assumptions.
