	There may be different types of staters like DOL, Star - Delta, Delta - Star.., The application of the stater may decided using the limitations of it. What is the specifications and ratings of the various staters? K.Chidambaram, Electrical Engineer, (WIND & BIOMASS POWER PLANT DIVISION), MB & DL, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (State), India (Country).
