Take a picture of the "knob" side of your scope and send it to us.

Saif,

You will need to plug it into the hole in the wall where the electricity comes out and press the big button on the front marked "ON".

If all else fails, read the instructions.

Follow this URL to an oscilloscope primer by Tektronix. It should get you up and running in no time. http://www.tek.com/Measurement/App_Notes/XYZs/03W_8605_3.pdf

Does this help? :-

Trouble is workbench (and to a lesser extent oscilloscope) is a very common word in the English language, so, I think your question has not been understood.

Hi, and welcome to CR4.

You will need to give more information about what you are doing. What is a clt? Where is the Vo signal coming from, etc. An oscilloscope basically draws a graph with voltage vertically and time horizontally.

regards,

-S

I use a freeware o-scope program in my classroom. It uses the audio card and inputs and works great for just about everything you could imagine. It also has a good tutorial. I forgot where I got it, but Google "freeware oscilloscope."
