straightness opreation of try square

how to staight the try square by automatic feeding the rod into the machine of 5m with the accuracy of 0.1 mm.

Try-squares can be assessed for straightness by drawing a line at 90deg to a flat edge, flipping the square over, and drawing another line. If the two lines are parallel, then the square is true.

If it is out-of-true, then the best thing to do is to replace it.
