ABT THE TRANSMITTER

PLease tell me how we can calculate the URL value of rosemount trans. smart 1151.

suppose if the calibrated in 1000MMWC then can i use this kind of trans up to 8000MMWC.

If you have a manual, it will tell you how high you can go. The model number usually will tell you what range you can configure the transmitter to. If the upper limit is 1000mmWC, then it certainly can't be used to go higher than that. If the upper limit is 8000mmWC, it can probably be reranged to 0 to 1000mmWC. Again, the manual will tell you whether that is possible.

yes u r telling right but i have calibrated the 1000MMWC to 5000MMWC so i m unable to identify the accuracy of the transmitter

what accuracy you need for the given transmitter ??

I think read the instruction maual

how u calibrated the transmitter with druck and muiltimeter or HART??

Hi there,

As Vulcan said - you cannot calculate the upper range limit of a transmitter. This is a physical property of the transmitter itself.

As stated earlier by Vulcan again - RTFM (read the f#cking manual)
