synchronizing Diesel Generator

Hi Engs, i am new eng in the Diesel generaot bussiness and i would like to learn how to synchroniz Diesel Generator, My Supervisor is the kind of people who dont want to teach the young generation. i have tried to search about this topic many times but i got no results, is there any one who can help me?

you are working, you must know one thing your supervisor is he think you are specialist that is why. you must study princp work of diesel generator.

thanx for the reply Brukenahom, actullay , my supervisor is under estimating me and me friend , there are only 3 engineers in the company including our supervisor. i am not going to tell my story about what we are suffering here. Anyhow, i have degree in mechatronics engineering therefore , i know what is Diesel generator and how they work. i believe that giving me tips, materials or books would be more helpful
