Ground all the wire to the plane/ship body and direct ground it to the earth with earth cable.

Ships are usually floating in a huge body of conductive electrolyte, so anything attached to the ship's hull will be at earth potential.

Aeroplanes are earthed when they arrive at the arrival gate, usually, with a flying lead.
