How do I calculate how much of a load I can put on a 100kVA transformer?

If you don't know the difference between the basic electrical units W, A and VA then perhaps you shouldn't be doing the design.

Is this a homework question?

Are you actually trying to ask "what is the maximum load I can connect to a 100kVA transformer without overloading or damaging it?"

100KVA is the max rating - that is very clearly the maximum load.

Most designers de-rate to ensure reliability.

In general, total load will be 85% of your total rated transformer capacity, 15% for motor starting current.

My dear friend.

In your magical world where power appears and disappears out of the ether simply at your whim, you are allowed to put as much load on a 100KVA transformer as you would like and the pixies need. Don't forget to eliminate primary and secondary circuit protection. Safety and basic electrical knowledge are not requirements for a successful project in your land of Nod. I'll guess that this transformer is for a prime move in Santa's Workshop – no? After installation and power on, be sure to test the power transfer capabilities of the transformer by dunking each hand liberally in salt water, grabbing the HV side in your left and a good earth ground in your right.

The light you'll see (for a brief moment) will tell you that the transformer's been installed to meet all of the safety and regulatory codes in your land.
