I really hope you're not talking about HHO - the whole thing is BS. Search "HHO" in this forum (to the right, the box labeled "Search all of CR4"). You'll find a lot of insight into this area of (non)technology.

Hydroxy? Do you mean the -OH like you find on the end of an alcohol? There's a world of information available about running ICEs on ethanol. But, it's not a gas (though some people get gassed from ethanol). Can you clarify your question?
