Ultrasonic Generators

i want a ultrasonic generator for my project work...

i will use it only for the maximum distance of 3mts alone. so please help me where i can find it and how much it would cost....

i would like to know the cost including emmiter and reciver

See this ultrasonic transducer. You'll need an oscillator to drive one and you'll need another to listen to it.

www.mouser.com probably has transducers.

I am making one use a oscillator above 20kHz.
