How to Design a Mechanical Mixer/Agitator

I need to write a proposal on Design and Installation of Mixer to handle 13m3 Liters of sugar liquor.

Can any body assist or direct to good literature(s) on this?

hi,

these came up in a google search:

unless you were building it yourself, I think the best approach would be to issue a request for proposal to contractors who can do this. outsourcing is a cost-effective way of doing things today.
